We train in more than one venue. Can the website handle that?
Yes. The Professional plan includes a Google Map and up to 10 pages, so each venue can have its own times and directions. That helps parents and adults in each area see the class nearest to them and how to get there.
Can people book a free trial class from the site?
We can add a trial booking form that sends enquiries straight to your email, or a button that links to the club management app you already use. Either way, people can request a trial without phoning you while you are on the mat teaching.
Is there really no upfront cost?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no deposit. You pay your first monthly fee by Direct Debit and we start building. The design, build, hosting, business email, SSL certificate and minor updates are all covered by the monthly price.
How quickly will my website be live?
Most websites are live within 7 working days of us receiving your completed brief, logo and photos. Online shops take around 14 working days. You see a preview link and approve it before anything goes live.
What counts as a minor update?
Small changes that take up to around 30 minutes: changing text, swapping images, updating prices, opening hours or contact details, adding a team member. Email the request and we complete it within 3 working days. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is no fixed minimum term. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Because we build your website at our own cost and recover it through the monthly fee, a one-off website buyout fee of 12 times your monthly fee (plus VAT) is payable when you cancel. In return we hand over your website files and help move your email, so you keep everything.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with a clean structure, fast load times, page titles, meta descriptions and schema markup, and is submitted to Google Search Console. Ranking for competitive searches takes ongoing work, so if you want help with that later we can talk you through options.
